Overview

The WyreStorm RX-50-PRO is a single-cable HD Display Receiver set that offers the perfect solution for high spec, affordable, point-to-point HD distribution with excellent flexibility  over distances up to 50m (164ft) along two Cat5eiii/6/7 where IR control is not required in the installation.

As one of our most popular receivers the RX-50-PRO is the recommended option for HD distribution for projects requiring reliable extension of 1080p HD video and audio over a single UTP in siuations where IR control of source devices or displays is not necessary.

Receivers can either be powered using the included 5v mains adapter or by using the WyreStorm USB 5V adaptors (CAB-USB-5V) connected to displays or sources with spare USB ports. This is not only more energy efficient as the extenders are only powered when the devices are turned on, it also solves power availability problems, especially at the display end.

  • 1080p HD video and HD Audio including Full support of 3D applications - frame sequential (Blu ray) and Interlaced stereoscopic (satellite/cable 3D broadcasts).
  • 24bit colour depth.
  • 5v power to paluns provided by mains adapter (included) or optional USB 5v cable for ease of power management and greater energy efficiency.
